I am a lifelong Skagitonian. I love this area, and know it well. My husband Matt and I raised our family here. I have a degree in psychology from Western Washington University, and spent my first "work life" in retail. In 2006, after twenty years behind the retail counter, I was ready for a new challenge. Real Estate had always been a part of my life. Many a dinner conversation revolved around a house my Dad was listing. Sunday drives in our family were business; we logged many miles scouting property. My Dad's been in real estate as long as I can remember, and always shared his love and enthusiasm for this industry with me. By the early 2000's, both of my brothers were managing brokers for Windermere offices in Skagit County. In 2006, I joined the family business when I became a licensed real estate agent and proud REALTOR. I'm proud and excited to be a part of two great real estate families - both my own personal family and the Windermere family.
I am an active community volunteer and supporter. I spent many hours volunteering in my sons' classrooms, and serve (or have served) on many community boards, including the Skagit Valley College Foundation Board of Governors, the Mount Vernon Downtown Association, Tulip Festival Board, North Puget Sound Association of REALTORS (President, 2025), and over ten years as an appointed Trustee on the Board of Directors for Skagit Valley College. I am a member of the Skagit Rotary Club.
My goal is to provide you with the professional expertise you need to make wise real estate investments and the exceptional customer service you want to make the transactions enjoyable. I want you to know what's happening at each step in the process, whether buying or selling, and to always understand your options. With over twenty years of customer service experience and another two decades of real estate experience, I've learned to anticipate issues and handle complications before they become problems. I don't want you to just be satisfied with my performance - I want you to be so thrilled with it that you can't wait to tell your friends and co-workers how great it was to work with me! My career depends on your positive experience.
As a full-service real estate agent, you'll get my attention, my time, my knowledge, and my experience. You'll also enjoy the benefits and the knowledge of the Windermere company and its family of agents, including my business partner, Spencer Roozen. I'm very proud to work for Windermere, where we focus on building relationships through trust and integrity. We use continuing education, cutting-edge technologies, and constant communication to provide you with professional, personal service.
I take my real estate education seriously. While nothing beats the experience that comes with being a daily practitioner, I am proud to have earned the following awards, designations and certifications:
~2025 REALTOR of the Year, North Puget Sound Association of REALTORS
~North Puget Sound Association of REALTORS (NPSAR) 2008 Rookie of the Year | 2025 President

Growing up on a farm has given me a strong work ethic combined with a “can do” attitude. Hard work and responsibility were always required, and those skills have remained an important part of my life. These attributes carried me through my schooling at Washington State University and into my professional life as a Broker for Windermere Real Estate. The decision to join Windermere was the easiest business decision I have made, I have been here since 2014 and I plan to be here throughout my Real Estate career. The reputation and amazing people at Windermere make me feel as though I joined a big family, with support for my business and personal goals.
I am an all-time Real Estate Broker offering services in Residential/ Commercial listing and sales. I will return all calls in a reasonable time and give updates regularly. Together we will establish your real estate goals, and I will focus on helping you reach them. I understand the importance of communication and follow-thru, and promise to keep you fully informed and up-to-date.
My business partner Megan O'Bryan and I joined forces in 2016 as a way to better support our clients. We accomplish this by looking at each potential listing, or offer we write with two opinions to make sure YOU are getting the best info possible when making your life decisions.
Together Megan and I take what we do seriously, and we are proud of our accomplishments.

In 2019 I married my wife Alana, together we started our family and currently have two amazing kids always keeeping us on our toes, and our sweet pup Copper a Brittany Spaniel. We love spending time planning fun things to do and explore with our kids. Being outdoors, hiking in the mountains and boating around the San Juan Islands bring us so much joy, even more when we get to do that with a fishing pole or crab pots! We feel fortunate to live in such a beautiful place, surrounded by such a great community of family and friends.
Growing up in a smaller town I have always felt that the best part about living in Skagit Valley is the diverse group of people who live here. I try my best to give back to the people who have made me who I am today.
>I am a member of one of the best Rotary clubs, Skagit Rotary! The group of people in Skagit Rotary come together and truly make a difference in our County, and all around the world through International partnerships.
>I served on Camp Fire Samish Board for 5 years before rolling off the board. I know I will be back on the board again here soon. The work the Board does makes a real difference in kids lives.
